Description/Agenda: Public Notice The Hurricane City Council adopted the following ordinances: 1. Ordinance 2026-10 Amending Title 10, Chapter 36 regulating sign regulations. 2. Ordinance 2026-11 Amending Title 10, Chapters 7 & 37 regarding conditional use uses and height exceptions for flag poles. 3. Ordinance 2026-14 Amending Titles 3 & 10 regarding business license renewals for whole home vacation rentals and parking for STRs. 4. ZC26-07 A zone change request on parcel H-3-2-10-3401 from RA-0.5 to M-1. 5. ZC26-08 A zone change request on parcels H-3-2-10-3501, H-3-2-10-3511, and H-3-2-10-3491 from RA0.5 to M-1. A copy of the approved ordinances is available in the Recorder's Office at the City Office, 147 N 870 West or you may call 435-635-2811 x 106 to request a copy.
