PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE HENEFER TOWN COUNCIL JULY 7, 2026 CONSIDER SEWER IMPACT FEE AND SEWER RATES. FIND A SPECIALIST TO STUDY THE FEES BY REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Public notice is hereby given that the Henefer Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on July 7, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. at the Henefer Town Hall located at 150 W Center Street, Henefer, UT. The purpose of the meeting is to consider a sewer impact fee and sewer rates and to find a specialist to study the fees by request for proposal. Comments on the sewer impact fee and rates can be made in person at the Public Hearing or submitted in writing to Henefer Town Inc., P.O. Box 112, Henefer, UT 84033, prior to 4:00 on the day of the public hearing. If you wish to make a comment and/or be placed on the agenda please contact Elizabeth Breitenbeker (435) 336-5365 clerk@henefer.gov or visit us at the Henefer Town Offices, 150 W Center Street, P.O. Box 112, Henefer, UT 84033.
