Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF KAYSVILLE CITY ORDINANCE ADOPTION On June 4, 2026, the Kaysville City Council approved Ordinance No. 26-06-01, amending Title 17 to clarify permitted and conditional uses and establish a process for reviewing new or unlisted business uses in order to comply with Senate Bill 179, Local Regulation of Business Entities Amendments.
