NOTICE is hereby given that the WASATCH COUNTY ADMINISTRATIVE LAND USE COMMITTEE (ALUC) will hold a Public Meeting on June 16, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. in the Wasatch County Complex Services Building, Conference Room B, located at 55 South 500 East, Heber City, to consider the below listed items.

Public comments and questions for the ALUC meeting can also be made via email prior to June 15th at 5:00 p.m. Emails should be sent to PlanningCommission@wasatch.utah.gov. For questions regarding connecting to the webinar please call the Planning Department at 435-657-3205.

1. Michael Johnston, representing Joe Glenn, requests a Plat Amendment for Deer Mountain Resort Lot 35 to amend the storm water easement that runs through the lot from 120 feet wide to 40 feet wide. (PLAN-PlatAm-26-002)
