- EAST CARBON CITY BUDGET HEARINGS Notice is hereby given of consecutive public hearings to be held on the proposed 2026-2027 fiscal year operating and capital budgets for East Carbon City along with increase in wages and to reopen the 2025-2026 budget. The hearings will be held on June 16, 2026 at the East Carbon City Hall. The Public Hearings are as follows: 6:30 P.M. - Reopen the 2025-2026 Budget 6:40 P.M. - Increase in wages for Department Heads 6:50 P.M. - Proposed 2026-2027 Budget
