Public Notice is hereby given that the Lewiston City Planning & Zoning Commission will meet in a regularly scheduled meeting at 29 South Main St., Lewiston, UT, in the Club Room, on Wednesday, June 10, 2026. The meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. Agenda 1.Call to Order - Pledge of Allegiance 2.Approval of the Planning Commission meeting minutes from: May 6, 2026 3.Conditional Use Permit - Single-Family Dwelling in the A10 zone- Mark Rawlins Parcel #09-022-0078 (1-acre) and Parcel #09-022-016 (21.29 acres) owned by JMR Heifers, LLC. Review and vote. Tabled from May 6, 2026 Planning Commission meeting. 4.Short-Term Renal Ordinance - Review attorney's suggested changes. 5.Review current schedule of uses and land use definitions How do we fit requests not listed in schedule? Agritourism, cremations. 6.Public Comment Period - Comments will be listened to with no action taken. Items needing action will be placed on next month's agenda by request. Individuals will be given 3 minutes to comment. The public comment period will last a maximum of 20 minutes. 7.Other Business General Plan Boundary Adjustments July P&Z Meeting change 8.Adjourn
