NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to amend Title 19 'Zoning', Chapter 19.21 'Temporary And Seasonal Uses', Section 19.21.070 'Seasonal Outdoor Vendors', to modify the standard for a six foot temporary fence for all Christmas tree and pumpkin patch vendors.
The hearing will be held at the regularly scheduled City Council Meeting. Public comments are welcomed.
