Review and Approve Resolution 2026-01; A Resolution adopting an Ethics Policy, An Ethics Pledge, A Conflict-of-Interest Policy and a Conflict-of-Interest Pledge. B. Approve Conversion of Fire Chief Brad Freeman Employment Contract to Independent Contractor Agreement C. Approve Loan with State Bank of Southern Utah to Purchase 1985 Pierce Dash for $18,000 with the terms of 5.60% Interest for 5 Years. D. Approve Disposal of 1985 Pierce Pumper Truck. Truck will be traded with the purchase of the 1985 Pierce Dash Engine. E. Approve Disposal of 1976 Pierce Ladder Truck. Truck will be Placed Out of Service and Put Up for Sale F. Approve Pay for Volunteer Fire Fighters - $100 per 24 Hour Shift on Standby and $25/per hour for Call Outs $50 per 12 Hour Shift on Standby and $25/per hour for Call Outs 3.
