NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARINGS OF
THE CITY COUNCIL OF MORGAN, UTA
NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to Utah Code, Title 52, Chapter 4, that the City Council of Morgan,
Utah, will hold a Special Meeting and Public Hearings in open public session in connection with their
meeting on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, at the Morgan City
Offices at 90 West Young Street, Morgan, Utah. The City Council will receive public comments regarding
the following:
An Ordinance Amending Title 1, Chapter 1.15 of the Morgan City Code by
Amending Fees of the Consolidated Fee Schedule for Garbage Service to
Include a New Rate for Business and Alleyway Dumpster Providing for
Replealer; Providing for Severability; and Establishing an Effective Date of
June 23, 2026
Prior to the public hearing, supporting documentation will be posted on the City website
www.morganutah.gov or available by contacting the City Recorder at (801) 821-4287
