The Board of Trustees (the 'Board') of the Interstate Technology Park Public Infrastructure District (the 'District') will meet in a public session to hold its Board Meeting as follows:
Date and time: June 9, 2026, at 10:00 AM
Format: In person with invited electronic participation
Physical Location: Onsite Construction Structure, 5864 Higley Lane
Grantsville, UT 84029 (Tooele County)
The public is welcome to attend the Board Meeting. Board members and invited participants may participate electronically. The Agenda includes the following items, any of which may be acted on, discussion only, or deferred to a later date:
1) Welcome and Call to Order; Quorum
2) Adoption of minutes from prior meeting:
a) May 26, 2026
3) Training: Statement and Confirmation
4) Oath of Office: Statement and Confirmation
5) Public Hearings: None.
6) Discussion/Action Items:
a) Board Appointments: Chair, Clerk, Treasurer
b) Policy Resolution:
i) Cash Receipting and Deposit Policy
ii) Credit Card and Purchasing Cards Policy
iii) IT and Computer Security Policy
iv) Personal Use of Entity Assets Policy
v) Travel and Reimbursement Policy
vi) Procurement Policy
vii) GRAMA policy
c) Contract: District Legal Counsel
d) Contract: District Accountant
e) Contract: District Engineer
f) Resolution, FY 2027 Budget:
i) Review and adoption of tentative budget for FY ending June 30, 2027
ii) Establish hearing date and time for public hearing to receive comments for or against the estimates of revenue and expenditures in the tentative budget and to consider adoption of final budget
7) Board Member Reports (and others as invited by the Chair)
8) Potential closed session as permitted by Utah Code ยงยง 52-4-204 through 205 (if needed, motion and majority vote required to proceed).
