COPPERTON TOWN COUNCIL
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Utah Code Section 10-3-818, notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held at 8725 Hillcrest Street, Copperton, UT 84006 during the Town Council Meeting on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at 6:30 pm MST.
The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the Town of Copperton's Fiscal Year 2027 Budget AND an amendment to the Town of Copperton's Fiscal Year 2026 Current Budget.
At the date and time fixed for the public hearing all who appear will be given an opportunity to express their views on the estimates of revenues and expenditures or any item in the proposed Town's FY 2027 Budget, as well as the proposed amendment to the FY 2026 Current Budget. Those who wish to attend and speak at the hearing may do so. A copy of the budget and the proposed amendment will be available for inspection at least 7 days before the public hearing at the front counter of the Greater Salt Lake Municipal Services District office located at 860 W. Levoy Dr., Suite 300, Taylorsville, UT 84123. A copy will also be posted with this notice on the Utah Public Notice Website listed at the bottom of this notice.
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Copperton will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the hearing. Requests for assistance can be made by calling the Copperton Town Clerk at 385-377-9466 within three working days of the meeting.
