Public hearing Notice: MURRAY CITY CORPORATION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 16th June 2026, at the hour of 6:30 p.m. of said day in the Council Chambers of Murray City Hall, 10 East 4800 South, Murray, Utah, the Murray City Municipal Council will hold and conduct a Public Hearing on and pertaining to vacating two municipal utility easements located at approximately 4950 South Galleria Drive, Murray City, Salt Lake County, State of Utah. The purpose of this public hearing is to receive public comment concerning the proposal to vacate the municipal utility easements. Please contact the Power Department at (801) 264-2730 if you have any concerns or information which you believe may assist the City's evaluation in this matter or which may be of particular concern. If you prefer, you may direct your comments in writing to the Murray Power Department at 153 West 4800 South, Murray, Utah 84107. DATED this 4th day of June 2026. Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)

Special accommodations for the hearing or visually impaired will be made upon a request to the Office of the Murray City Recorder, 801-264-2660. The City would appreciate notification two working days prior to the meeting. TDD number is 801-264-2508.

Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation

Council Members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Council Member does participate via telephonic communication, the Council Member will be on speaker phone. The speaker phone will be amplified so that the other Council Members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear all discussions.

Other Information

The Council meets the first and third Tuesday of each month. An annual meeting schedule is adopted and published in a newspaper of general circulation at the beginning of the year. Meeting agendas are also published on the City's website, as are approved
