NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 6 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall - 1979 West 1900 South, to discuss the following matters:
Text Amendment: Potential amendment to require recycling at apartment/multi-family housing.
Text Amendment: Potential amendment to commercial development standards regarding the definition of 'site'.
Text Amendment: Potential amendment to the Town Center Overlay Zone.
Preliminary Plat: Request by Alex Fleishman/AWA for approval of the Preliminary Plat for Syracuse Landing at approximately 1625 S 3000 W. The proposed project comprised approximately 7.568 acres in the GC zone.
Conditional Use Permit: Request by Chelsea Robinson for approval of a home occupation for Adventure Island Preschool located at approximately 1391 W 450 S.
