NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Planning Commission will hold three (3) separate public hearings on Tuesday, June 16th, 2026 as close to 6:00 P.M. as possible. The purpose of this meeting is to hold a comment period during consideration of amending Holladay Ordinances; §13.71.075 Building Heights and allowed Land Uses within the Holladay Village Zone, §13.100 Holladay Land Use Table and The Site Development Master Plan's Land Use Table
The proposals under consideration are amendments to Title 13 of the City of Holladay, Land Use and Development Regulations. Each proposal is described and considered separately as,
1) An increase to allowable building heights the Holladay Village Zone from 35 feet to 50 feet at the corner of Holladay Blvd and Arbor Lane,
2) An inclusion of land uses related to Arts and Culture as allowable uses of property within the Holladay Village Zone, and
3) An inclusion of Personal Services as an allowable use of property within the Royal Holladay Hills redevelopment area, R-M/U Zone
The proposed amendments are available for public inspection on the City's website www.holladayut.gov and at the Community Development Dept. during normal business hours.
Please note, this meeting will be held at City of Holladay's temporary location,
3330 South 1300 East, Millcreek Utah.
