- NORTH POINTE SOLID WASTE SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Administrative Control Board of the North Pointe Solid Waste Special Service District will hold a public hearing on June 22, 2026, for the purpose of hearing comments on a potential fee increase: - Proposed General Fee Increase - Proposed 2026 Budget Amendment The Public Hearing will be held at North Pointe Solid Waste Special Service District conference room. 2000 W 200 S Lindon, Utah on Monday, June 22, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. This notice is hereby provided in accordance with the provisions of the 'Fiscal Procedures for Special Districts' and Utah Code Section 17B-1- 643.
