Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE: Conditional Use Permit for Oil Well Proposal In accordance with Utah Code the Ballard Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on July 7, 2026, at 6:15 p.m., at the Ballard City Offices. Ballard Planning and Zoning will take public comment in support and opposition to Uinta Wax Operating LLC, for the proposal to drill and produce oil wells in SESE of section 24, SWSW of section 19-T2S-RWE; Ballard City, UT. Anyone interested in this matter is invited to attend the public hearing.
