Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING Emmry Ridge Major Subdivision Notice is hereby given that the Ballard City Planning and Zoning will be conducting a public hearing to receive comments on plans to develop a major subdivision at approximately 968 N 3500 E. The proposed Subdivision will be approximately 8 lots on 4 acres. The hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at 6:25 P.M. in the Ballard City Offices, located at 2381 E. 1000 S. Ballard UT. All members of the public are invited to attend. Compliance with the Americans With Disability Act. Individuals needing special accommodation during these hearings should call 435-722-3393.
