Planning Commission Meeting Public Hearing Notice A public hearing will be held before the West Jordan Planning Commission on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 6:00 pm (or as soon thereafter as possible) at West Jordan City Hall, 8000 S. Redwood Rd, 3rd Floor, West Jordan, UT 84088. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding the following: - Text Amendment - Landscaping Requirements, Recommendation to the City Council to Amend West Jordan City Code Title 13, Chapter 13 Landscaping Requirements; (City-wide Applicability) - Station Area Plan - Recommendation to the City Council regarding Station Area Plan; (City-wide Applicability) - Susan Way Subdivision Rezone; 8415 South Susan Way; Recommendation to City Council regarding a Rezone from an RR-1C zone (Rural Residential, 1 acre lots) to an R-1-12 zone (Single-Family Residential, 12,000 sq. ft. lots); RR-1C Zone; Angela Roberts/M.S.C. Inc. (applicant) - Immaculate Rezone; 1390 West 9000 South; Recommendation to City Council regarding a Rezone of 2.28 acres from SC-1 (Neighborhood Shopping Center) to SC-2 (Community Shopping Center); SC-1; Mike Clark/Immaculate Used Cars (applicant) - Infinite Supports; 7316 South Jordan Landing Boulevard; Conditional Use Permit for Adult Daycare, general; SC-2 Zone; Valerie Green/Infinite Supports (applicant) - Visionary Center; 3680 West 9000 South; Approval of a Preliminary Site Plan and Preliminary Condominium Plat; P-O Zone; Preston Reading/Navigate CM & Development (applicant) If you are interested in participating in the public hearing, please visit the City of West Jordan website at https://westjordan.primegov/public/portal approximately four (4) days prior to the meeting for packet materials and Zoom login information.
