PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Fruit Heights City Council will hold a Public Hearing to
receive public comment on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 7 pm, in the Council Chambers of
City Hall located at 910 S. Mountain Road, Fruit Heights, Utah, 84037.
PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
-ADOPTION OF FY 2027 OPERATING BUDGET
Documents will be made available for public inspection at City Hall Monday through
Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., as well as on
the City's website at www.fruitheights.gov. Documents will be posted by June 9, 2026.
All interested persons are invited to attend and provide comments. Written comments
may also be submitted and should be delivered to City Hall, no later than 4:00 p.m. on
Tuesday, June 16, 2026.
