PUBLIC NOTICE
HEARING RESCHEDULED
Notice is hereby given for rescheduling a public hearing that was previously noticed for June 10th, 2026. The hearing will now be Wednesday, June 24th, 2026 at 6:00 pm. This notice is for the Payson City Planning Commission to discuss and make public comments on the following project:
- Review and recommendation of a General Plan amendment to a portion of the East Side Comprehensive Plan land use map. This amendment would change the land use designation of the properties with Utah County Parcel numbers 300300009, 300300008, 30050024, and 300500023 from 'Active Living' to 'Traditional' and 'The District' which would allow for the development of detached single-family and townhouse residential units.
The meeting will be held at the Payson City Center located at 439 W Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah and electronically via Zoom Conferencing.
