PUBLIC NOTICE HEARING RESCHEDULED Notice is hereby given for rescheduling a public hearing that was previously noticed for June 10th, 2026. The hearing will now be Wednesday, June 24th, 2026 at 6:00 pm. This notice is for the Payson City Planning Commission to discuss and make public comments on the following project: - Zone Change Request: Review and recommendation for approval of an amendment to the Payson City Zoning Map. This request would change Utah County parcels 300300009, 300300008, 30050024, and 300500023 from R-1-A Residential Agriculture Zone to R-1-10 Residential Zone, and RMF-15 Multi-Family Residential Zone. This zone change request is intended to provide a transition from surrounding medium density residential development to low density residential development. The meeting will be held at the Payson City Center located at 439 W Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah and electronically via Zoom Conferencing.
