- Separate sealed bids for the Lindon Hollow Creek Restoration will be received by Lindon City Corporation, at the Lindon City Public Works Office, 946 West Center Street, Lindon, UT 84042 until 2:00 PM, Wednesday, June 24, 2026. Lindon City will accept both electronic bids through Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P), and paper bids for this project. There will not be a public bid opening for this project. The Project consists of stream bank stabilization and restoration activities, including recontouring banks to create natural floodplains, reshaping and excavating stream channels, installing in-stream habitat and grade control features (such as rootwads, boulder retaining walls, and post-assisted log structures), and performing comprehensive native riparian revegetation. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, June 10, 2026. The Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Lindon City Public Works Office at the address listed above. Contractors must attend to be eligible to bid. Electronic copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS will be available on or after June 3, 2026 via U3P. No hard copies will be made available during the bidding process. A five percent (5%) Bid Bond will be required.
