NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Providence City Code Amendment Providence City Citizens, Please take notice that the Providence City Council will be holding a public hearing to take comments and questions from the public regarding proposed amendments to Providence City Code Title 5: Police Regulations; Chapter 4: Fence Regulations; Section 7: Swimming Pools, Pools, Hot Tubs and Spas. Applicant is requesting a change to the city code to allow a waiver of the perimeter fence requirement when a specified pool cover is installed. For information about what changes are being added please contact the Providence City Offices at 164 N Gateway Dr, by phone at 435-752-9441 or visit providencecity.com. DATE: Wednesday June 17th, 2026 TIME: 6:00 PM LOCATION: 164 N GATEWAY DR. The purpose of the public hearing is to provide an opportunity for anyone interested to comment before any action is taken.
