PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
TOWN OF MANILA
WATER IMPACT FEE HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Manila will hold a Public Hearing on JUNE 18, 2026, at 6:15 p.m., following the public hearing for the fiscal year budget or as soon thereafter as feasible, at the Town Conference Meeting Room, located at 145 E Hwy 43, Manila, Utah, in conjunction with its regular scheduled meeting. The regular Town Council meeting will follow the hearing.
The purpose of this public hearing is to receive public comments on a proposed increase to the Town of Manila's water impact fees. The proposed increase is based on an updated impact fee analysis and is intended to support water system capacity and infrastructure needs associated with future growth.
Public comments are encouraged and may be submitted in person at the scheduled hearing or via email to jennifera@manilautah.com. All comments will be shared with the Town Council and included in the public record. Written comments must be received prior to the start of the meeting to be considered.
