- Public Notice 2025 Annual Drinking Water Quality Report Paragonah Town Notice is hereby given, the 2025 Annual Drinking Water Quality Report for the Paragonah Town Water System is now available. This report is designed to inform you about the quality of water and services we deliver to you every day. Our constant goal is to provide you with a safe and dependable supply of drinking water. Ways to access report: Follow this link: https://paragonahtown.gov/ccr1 Request a copy of the report by calling the Paragonah Town Office, 435-477-8979. A copy is also posted at the Paragonah Town Post Office and Paragonah Town Hall, 44 North 100 West, Paragonah, UT.
