- ORDINANCE NO. O- 21 -2026 AN ORDINANCE OF EAGLE MOUNTAIN CITY, UTAH, REPEALING AND REENACTING SUBSECTION 8.15.080(G) CONSTRUCTION WORK DURING RESTRICTED HOURS PREAMBLE WHEREAS, The City Council of Eagle Mountain City finds that it is in the public interest to repeal and reenact Subsection 8.15.080(G) of the Eagle Mountain Municipal Code, as described in Exhibit A. NOW THEREFORE. BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of Eagle Mountain City, Utah: 1. Subsection 8.15.080(G) of the Eagle Mountain Municipal Code is hereby repealed and reenacted as set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its first posting or publication. ADOPTED by the City Council of Eagle Mountain City on the 2nd day of June 2026.
