Approval of May 2026 minutes 3. New/Continuing Topics: o Tree voucher applications summary. As of 06.03.26, twenty-six vouchers have been issued at a redemption cost of $3,250. How will we know when a voucher has been redeemed? Want to make sure we do not over issue vouchers and account for redeemed vouchers in our budget o Follow up on Tree Voucher applications being electronically completed online o Follow up on tree giveaway for 2027 being in the Spring or Fall? o Update on replacement of committee members who have finished their terms (quorum of 7 members) o Progress on sharing Tree Talk videos online.
