Notice is hereby given that the Mt. Pleasant City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on June 16, 2026, at 12:00pm at the Mt. Pleasant City Hall, 115 West Main Street, Mt. Pleasant, Utah, to receive public comment regarding a proposed zoning map amendment.
The proposed amendment would rezone property located at approximately 850 South 200 West (Tax ID No. S16688) and approximately 876 South 200 West (Tax ID No. S16686) from Residential Agricultural (RA) zoning to Modified Commercial (MC) zoning.
The purpose of the proposed amendment is to create a contiguous Modified Commercial zoning district and establish consistent zoning boundaries with adjacent commercially zoned properties located to the east and south of the subject properties.
All interested persons are invited to attend and provide comments regarding the proposed zoning map amendment. Written comments may also be submitted to Mt. Pleasant City Hall prior to the public hearing.
