The purpose of the meeting is to accept public comment on a zone change request by Elgin Bryce Gardner, represented by Dalton Harmon for property located at approximately: The Southeast corner of the intersection of 100 W 200 N Parcel #: XA00-0394-11 .21 ACRES From the: CC (Central Commercial) zone To the: CU2 (Combined Use 2) zone for the purpose of building a single-family home with an IADU, or a duplex with an upstairs and downstairs. A map of the area is available for review during regular office hours at City Hall.
