Description/Agenda: Public Notice Beaver County 6/2/2026 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Beaver County has received an offer for the proposed sale of real property owned by Beaver County to a private entity. The property to be sold are parcels 02-0015-0009 and 02-0015-0001. For any questions please contact Matt Sterzer 435-421-6490 or Ecdev@beaver.utah.gov or Von Christensen 435-438-6441 or vjchristiansen@beaver.utah.gov. Please send any written objections or modification requests to the County Commission at commission@beaver.utah.gov within fifteen (15) days of this notice. County Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday June 16, 2026 at 11:35 am at the Beaver County Administration Building at 105 East Center St., Beaver, Utah to hear public comments.
