CLEVELAND TOWN PLANNING & ZONING AGENDA June 3, 2026 at 7:00 pm 130 West Main, Cleveland Call to Order Pledge Minutes: Approve May Meeting Minutes Public Comments: This time has been set aside for any person to express ideas, concern, comments, questions or issues that are not on the agenda. Please state your name and place of residence Please limit your comments to three minutes State Law prohibits the Commission from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda. Action Agenda: 1. Discuss/Approve/Deny Deana Murray wants a business license for a home business. 2. Discuss/Approve/Deny moving Planning & Zoning meetings to first Thursday of the month starting in July. 3. Discuss/Approve/Deny about 2-5-2.5 #2 with property owner of 90 South 300 West. 4. Adjourn Meeting. The next regular Planning Commission Meeting will be held on July 1, 2026 at 7:00 pm at the Cleveland Town Office, 130 W. Main, Cleveland, unless otherwise noticed.
