2. Member entities changes and designation of their Representatives
a. Status report on each entity confirming its current representative
3. Approval of minutes of the June 17, 2025, annual meeting of the Representatives
4. Election of new Directors
5. Presentation of the FY 2024/2025 audit report
6. Review check register for FY 2025/2026
7. Discuss proposed budget for FY 2026/2027
8. Report on the financing activity of the Agency, if any
9. Ratification of the actions of the Board since the last meeting of the Representatives
a. JVWCD extended their SBPA with JPM on the B-1 Bonds
b. CUWCD extended their SBPA with JPM on the B-2 Bonds
10. Other business (discussion only, if any)
11. Adjourn
