Planning Commission Meeting and Public Hearing for the Town of Genola
Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Genola will hold a public meeting in the Public Safety Building located at 455 N. Main on the above date. The meeting will commence at 7:00 p.m. This will be a public meeting where action may be taken on the agenda items. The public is invited to attend the meeting.
The Agenda for the meeting will be as follows:

Audience members may bring any item, not on the agenda to the Planning Commissions' attention. a maximum time of 15 minutes with a per person limit of 3 minutes.

The purpose of this public hearing is to hear public input on a proposed amendmen to the Land Use appendix table to include a proposed new zone the Public Facilities Zone and to change some uses to be allowed in that zone. Other uses may also be proposed at this time.

The purpose of this public hearing is to hear public input on a proposed amendment tot he Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance to include language as required by FEMA.
