Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Heber City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Heber City Administrative Office Building Council Chambers located at 75 North Main Street, Heber City, Utah. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public input regarding amendments to the 2025-2026 Fiscal Year Budget. Public comment is welcome and may be delivered in person or virtually via the link found on the City's website https://hebercityut.portal.civicclerk.com/. Text of proposed budget amendment can be viewed by contacting the Heber City Finance Manager's Office at 435-657-7956.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, those persons needing special accommodations, including special audio hearing assistance receivers, or who are non-English speaking, and who would like to participate, should contact Andrew Conley at 435-654-0757, ext. 7887, at least eight hours prior to the meeting.
Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation: Ordinance 2006-05 allows Heber City Council Members to participate in meetings via telecommunications media.
