Description/Agenda: Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given of a public hearing before the La Verkin City Planning Commission on June 10, 2026, at 6 p.m. at 111 S. Main Street in La Verkin, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment regarding the approval of: 1. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF LAVERKIN, UTAH, AMENDING CHAPTER 10 OF THE LAVERKIN CITY CODE OFF STREET PARKING. Purpose and Summary of Ordinance No. _2026-00 Amending Chapter 10 of the LaVerkin City Code, Off street parking. 10-10-6: Specifications, 10-10-7: Vehicle Conditions,10-10-8: Location of Gasoline Pumps,10-10-9: Maintenance Of Lots. A copy of the complete Ordinances are available for the public to review and copies at the La Verkin city office at 435 N. Main, La Verkin, Utah. The public are invited to attend. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Nancy Cline, City Recorder, (435) 635-2581, at least 48 hours in advance.
