Public Notice Crystal Farms Zone Amendment The Francis Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on June 18, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Francis City Hall, located at 2319 So. Spring Hollow Road. The purpose of the hearing is to review a zone map amendment application of parcels FT-2124 and FT-2125 from AG-1 to R-H. The public is welcome to attend and make comment.
