NOTICE OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE WEBER HOUSING AUTHORITY BOARD OF DIRECTORS PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Weber Housing Authority will hold a regular meeting at Weber Housing Authority Office, located at 2380 Washington Blvd., Suite #112, Ogden, Utah 84401 and commencing at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, the 3rd day of June 2026 The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: 1. Welcome - Chair Marcie Valdez 2. Discussion and/or action to Approve Minutes for the Meeting held on May 6th- Marcie Valdez 3. Discussion and/or action on WHA financials- Andi Beadles 4. Discussion and/or action to Approve New Board Member- Andi Beadles 5. Discussion and/or action to Approve Employee Handbook- Andi Beadles 6. Discussion and/or action to Approve HOTMA Policy- Andi Beadles 7. Discussion and/or action to Close Public Meeting to Discuss the Purchase of Real Property- Marcie Valdez 8. Discussion and/or action to Open Closed Session- Marcie Valdez 9. Director's/HUD Updates 10. Public Comment 11.
