DELTA CITY NOTICE OF PROPOSED DISPOSITION OF REAL PROPERTY Notice is hereby given that the Delta City Council will conduct a public hearing on June 17, 2026, which begins at 6:50 p.m. at the Delta City Council Chambers located at 76 North 200 West, Delta Utah, for the purpose of accepting comments concerning the sale of real property described as follows: Parcel 1: Approximately 785 North 700 East, on .91 Acres Parcel 2: Approximately 25 South 500 West, on .12 Acres Written bids for purchase of the above-described real property may be submitted by July 15 to Delta City at 76 North 200 West, Delta UT 84624. Be advised the City Council may commence a Closed Meeting, pursuant to Utah Code Annotated (UCA) Section 52-4-204 and Section 52-4-205, (1953), as amended. Agenda items are considered flexible and may be conducted sequentially different than listed. Individuals and entities that have business before the City Council should be present at meeting commencement.
