UNIFIED FIRE AUTHORITY
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR FEE INCREASE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Utah Code Section 11-13-531, the Board of Directors of the Unified Fire Authority will hold a public hearing on a proposed increase in fees.
The UFA is proposing an increase to multiple fees for services as detailed in the fee schedule document available at https://unifiedfireut.gov/budget-and-financial-audits/.
All concerned citizens are invited to the Public Hearing on:
Date: June 16, 2026
Time: 6:00 P.M.
This meeting will be electronic, with a potential in-person opportunity at the Unified Fire Authority Emergency Communications Center located at 3380 South 900 West, Salt Lake City, Utah 84119.
If you are interested in participating electronically during the Public Hearing portion of the meeting, The Board of Directors shall assemble in person and electronically for the meeting. Information about how to access the electronic meeting will be provided on the agenda which will be posted on the Utah Public Notice Website at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting.
All persons interested and present will be given an opportunity to be heard in this matter.
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Unified Fire Authority will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the hearing. Requests for assistance can be made by calling 801-743-7213 at least 24 hours in advance of the hearing to be attended.
