NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Levan Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 11th, 2026, at 6:00 pm at the Levan Town Hall, 20 N Main St., Levan UT 84639 The Levan Town Council will hold a public hearing to discuss applying to the Permanent Community Impact Board (CIB) for funding of the Levan Town Aquifer Recharge and Recovery & Water Rights Acquisition. The council will solicit comments concerning the size, scope and nature of the funding request for the above project. All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard. The hearing will be held on Thursday, June 11th, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Levan Town Hall, 20 N Main St., Levan, UT. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act Levan Town will make reasonable accommodations for participation in the meeting.
