CITY COUNCIL AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE CENTERVILLE CITY COUNCIL WILL HOLD A REGULAR MEETING AT 7:00 PM ON JUNE 2, 2026 AT CENTERVILLE CITY HALL, 250 NORTH MAIN STREET, CENTERVILLE, UTAH. Centerville City Council meetings are open to the public, unless otherwise closed for reasons allowed by law. Centerville City Council meetings may be conducted via electronic means pursuant to Utah Code § 52-4-207. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations due to a disability may contact the City Recorder at (801) 295-3477, at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting. The Mayor and Council reserve the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs or provide greater efficiency. Public Hearing - Executive Municipal Officers Compensation Public hearing regarding executive municipal officer compensation increases as required by Utah law 5. Public Hearing - Employee Compensation Schedule - Ordinance No. 2026-15 Public hearing regarding employee compensation and consideration of Ordinance No. 2026-15 updating and adopting the Centerville Employee Compensation Schedule. 6. Justice Court Judge Compensation - Resolution No. 2026-15 Consider Resolution No. 2026-15 fixing the compensation of the Justice Court Judge of the Centerville City Justice Court. 7. Public Hearing - FY 2027 Interim Budget - Resolution No. 2026-16 Consider Resolution No. 2026-16 adopting the FY 2027 Interim Budget E. SUMMARY ACTION Items of a summary or routine nature may be approved by summary action of the Council unless otherwise pulled from summary action for separate discussion. 1. Bid Award - Lane Striping Project Consider the bid award for lane striping and intersection labeling to RW Striping in the amount of $35,100 2. Bid Award - Trip Hazard Grinding Consider the bid award for grinding trip hazards on sidewalks and ADA ramps to Precision Concrete Cutting in the amount of $45,000 F. MINUTES Minutes of prior meetings may be reviewed and accepted. Minutes review and approval shall comply with the Centerville City Minutes Approval Policy. 1. COUNCIL REPORT City Council members may report on meetings or events attended in their official capacity. 1. Councilmember Gina Hirst Councilmember Gina Hirst will report on committee assignments, including South Davis Recreation District, South Davis Sewer Improvement District, and Centerville Parks and Recreation Committee H. MAYOR REPORT The Mayor may report on meetings or events attended in the Mayor's official capacity. I. CITY MANAGER REPORT The City Manager may provide information or notice of current events or incidents impacting the City. J. CLOSED SESSION The City Council may vote to discuss matters in a closed session for reasons allowed by law, including, but not limited to, the provisions of Utah Code § 52-4-205 of the Open and Public Meetings Act, and for attorney-client matters that are privileged pursuant to Utah Code § 78B-1-137. 1. Staff recommends the Council go into a closed session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation and/or to discuss attorney-client matters that are privileged pursuant to Utah Code § 78B-1-137. K.
