Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING TO TRANSFER ENTERPRISE FUNDS The Helper City Council will hold a Public Hearing to receive comments on transferring $365,000 from the electric enterprise fund to the general fund. This is approximately 32.72% of the electric fund budget for FYE 2025-2026. The Public Hearing will be held Thursday June 18, 2026 during the regularly scheduled meeting that starts at 6:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers at 19 South Main Street Helper, Utah.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Helper will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the meeting. Request for assistance can be made by calling 472-5391 at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting to be attended.
Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation: IT IS POSSIBLE THAT A MEMBER OF THE COUNCIL WILL BE PARTICIPATING BY ELECTRONIC MEANS. THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS SHALL SERVE AS THE ANCHOR LOCATION. MEMBERS OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC ARE INVITED TO ATTEND.
