- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE An Amendment to the Snyderville Basin Development Code Section 10-3-17(B): Parcel Boundary Adjustments for Parcels outside a Subdivision. Public notice is hereby given that the Summit County Council, in accordance with section 10-7-3 of the Snyderville Basin Development Code, will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly act on an amendment to the Snyderville Basin Development Code. The purpose of the amendment is to align the parcel boundary adjustment requirements with state code. Project #26-073.
