NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Monroe City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Monroe City Office located at 10 N Main, Monroe, Utah. The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments concerning proposed amendments to the Monroe City Subdivision Ordinance. The City is proposing various text amendments to the Monroe City Subdivision Ordinance to increase consistency and compliance with current State requirements, address clarity and correctness issues, and relocate/integrate existing regulations for improved administration enforcement, and transparency.
A copy of the proposed amended Monroe City Land Use Ordinance and Monroe City Subdivision Ordinance is on file at the office of the City Recorder 10 N Main, Monroe, Utah and is available for review during regular business hours.
