- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at St. George City Offices located at 61 S Main Street, St. George, Utah to consider the following: A public hearing will be held to receive public comment on a request for an amendment to the Sun River PD (Planned Development). The application is to allow construction of a 3,600 ft² addition to a religious facility on a 3.24 acre lot. The project is located south of Angel Arch Drive and west of Pearl Vista Drive. The applicant is Sky Engineering, and the representative is Jared Madsen. The project will be known as Angel Arch Church Addition.
