- AFFIDAVIT OF POSTING SYNOPSIS OF NIBLEY CITY ORDINANCE I, Cheryl Bodily, the duly appointed City Recorder, in and for the City of Nibley, Cache County, State of Utah, do hereby certify the Nibley City Council at its April 9, 2026, meeting adopted the followings: Ordinance 26-04-Amending 19.24.060 Accessory Buildings, Including Modifications to Regulate Setbacks of Small Accessory Buildings Copies of all ordinances in their entirety are available for review at Nibley City Hall, 455 West 3200 South, Nibley, UT during regular business hours. The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice was posted in accordance with Utah State law on this 29th day of May 2026. CHERYL BODILY CITY RECORDER
