KAYSVILLE CITY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Kaysville City Municipal Building Council Chambers located at 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, to consider: An application from Brian Harris, who is requesting a zone change for a property located at 1113 West 150 South (parcel #11-274-0010) from R-1-20 Single Family Residential to R-4 One to Four Family Residential. The subject parcel is 0.48 acres (20,908ft²), and if approved, a total of four dwelling units could be located on the parcel.
