KAYSVILLE CITY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., in the Kaysville City Municipal Building Council Chambers located at 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, to consider the enactment of new section of code: 17-31-6 - Micro-Education Entities and Homebased Microschools The intent of the text amendment is to comply with House Bill 126 titled 'Micro-Education Entity Facility Amendments' which added language allowing municipalities to regulate and mitigate certain impacts made by micro-education entities and microschools. Comments on this proposal may be submitted by attending the public hearing in person or through submitting comments through an online form at: https://www.kaysvillecity.com/435/Planning-Commission (comment form is at the bottom of the webpage).
