Description/Agenda: The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding a Community Impact Board (CIB) funding application for the Garfield County Public Access Road Easement Acquisition Project. The project involves the acquisition of public access road easements across School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration (SITLA) properties pursuant to HB 103. The easements would secure permanent public access along existing county roads that provide access to public lands, private property, grazing allotments, recreational opportunities, and other public uses throughout Garfield County.
