- PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, beginning at 6:00 p.m. on the following project: - Review and recommendation of a General Plan amendment to a portion of the East Side Comprehensive Plan land use map. This amendment would change the land use designation of the properties with Utah County Parcel numbers 300300009, 300300008, 30050024, and 300500023 from 'Active Living' to 'Traditional' and 'The District' which would allow for the development of detached single-family and townhouse residential units. The meeting will be held at the Payson City Center located at 439 W Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah and electronically via Zoom Conferencing.
